Breakfast with oats and chia seeds

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 500ml of water

How to prepare it Method of preparation:

Put the  cinnamon, vanilla, and water in a bowl, and heat it until it boils. When it starts boiling reduce the heat, and put the  oats in the mix. Continue boiling it  a few more minutes, and remove it from heat.

Leave the bowl covered for 5 minutes so that it  soaks. Then, add the salt and honey and mix well.

After you have poured  the mixture into a dish and it is still hot , you should add the chia seed.

If you want, you can make the taste richer  by adding some fruit   such as : strawberries, bananas, cherries, apples, and so on.
